We have over 15 years of hands-on experience installing roofing, cladding and soffits. Over the years, we have detected one major issue on the job sites: poor estimation of the material and labour needed to build roofs, cladding walls or install soffits which resulted in a huge waste of material, delays in installation and construction and overall a big waste of time and money
What we do:
For the past 6 years, we’ve teamed up to transfer our knowledge and experience into a technological tool that has allowed us to get extremely precise estimates of the amount of material/labour needed to complete a roof, cladding walls or to install soffits, greatly saving us time and money in the process.
Initially built for personal purposes, through word of mouth, we were asked to provide estimates to several companies in the Lower Mainland, BC.
These companies often ended up winning the bids on projects thanks to our estimates accuracy which allowed them to offer competitive prices. We have now decided to expand our services to residential Canadian roofing, cladding and soffit companies as well as Canadian homeowners.
